1. At least 20 years old

2. Graduated with a bachelor's degree. Or

3. graduate in high school (6 m.) Must have experience working in a health spa for at least two years (with a Certificate of establishment)

3. Direct face photo Do not wear a hat and 3 glasses of black size 1.5 inches.

4. Certificate of qualifications. Or a record showing academic results as specified in the student qualifications 1 copy
