                   2. Emotional. Don't be stressed. Don't receive too much information. Talk to your partner. Do things you enjoy. Avoid drugs. Call the Mental Health Hotline 1323.

                   3. Exercise regularly at home exercises that you can, such as yoga, swinging your arms, or walking down the street. Help the elderly to be healthy

                   4. Sit back and relax Get enough rest and sleep for at least 7-9 hours a day.

                   5. Get out of the house. Elderly people and caregivers should be kept in the home as much as possible. At least 2 meters away, wear a surgical mask or cloth mask at home. Wash your hands often with soap or alcohol gel.
