The Department of Mental Health has launched Chatbot 1323 “Nong Mental Health Hotline”, a chatbot program that provides automated consulting services with AI to increase assessment channels, answer initial questions.

     In the chatbot 1323 program, there is an initial stress assessment on what level of stress we have. Initial stress management advice will then be provided. Along with forwarding the information to the relevant mental health facility Therefore, we can use this chatbot program by scanning the QR code in the image immediately.
