Age range
7-12 years
Parent or teacher
Children should be given opportunities
to play or exercise according to their
developmental stages. To practice

Age range 13-25 years
This is the age with the highest
muscle strength. and the metabolic rate
is still good Therefore, it is suitable
for playing almost every form of sport,

tennis, badminton, swimming, as well as
strengthening muscles by using various
equipment. in the fitness
center
Age range 26-50 years
It is an age where the body
gradually deteriorates with age. If you
have never exercised hard before, it may
cause injury. Therefore, you should be
careful and evaluate yourself well.
Choosing to exercise hard or light
Including sports You should consider
muscle strength, heart health, and lung
health. You may start with exercises
that do not have high impact, such as
cycling or jogging slowly. Or do
stretching exercises such as yoga,

Age 50 years and up

exercising with easy movement. and has a

You shouldn't exercise for more than
30 minutes at a time, but you should
