During the COVID-19 pandemic, how to eat enough fruits and vegetables for the body to help protect against pathogens.

1. Eat 400 grams of vegetables per day: or simply think about 50% of the dishes eaten at each meal.

2. Eat 3 portions of vegetables and 2 portions of fruits: 1 portion equals about 80 grams.

3. Eat vegetables in 5 colors: green, red, orange-yellow, purple-blue and white-brown.
